Heavy Duty Empty Bunch Press model KH-777-12 Machine

            This machine has function to take the oil contained in EFB (Empety Fruit Bunch) by pressing, and produce moisture content in fiber 45 - 50% and fiber of pressing can be used for fertilizer (composting).

2.      Gear Coupling
Serves as successor round from gear box to machine.

Serves to pressing EFB (Empty Fruit Bunch) to obtain Juice and fibers

 

4.      Screw Press (Main Shaft)
Serves as a holder of bearing and screw press, as well as successor of rotation of gear box and motor.

 
5.      Bearing Housing
Serves as a house or bearing holder, using grade 460 oil 35 liter capacity.


6.      Front Housing
Serves as holder of tapper sleeve for the final pressing..

7.      Housing Set
Serves as a filter juice from EFB (Empty Fruit Bunch) that has been in the press.

Standart Operasional Prosedur (KH – 777 – 12)
Before starting to operate;
1.      Check that all delivery systems operate properly and are free of metal.
2.      Check the engine lubrication system and make sure the motoran is operating properly.
3.      Make sure the location and machine are safe and clean.
4.      Make sure no one is doing the repair and maintenance of the machine.
 
Operating Machines
1.      Turn on KH machine - 777 – 12.
2.      Turn on vibrating screen.
3.      Enter the ups by setting the sliding door, avoid entering the USB into the machine by way of sorted. 
     Use appropriate and safe tools (wood or palm branches) when the empty pedestals get stuck or can’t 
     get down to EFB Press.
4.      Any form of damage should be immediately reported to the foreman or assistant.
 
The machine stops operating ;
1.      Close the sliding door
2.      Let the engine operate until normal amperage 30-50A (already no load) then turn off the engine.
3.      Turn off vibrating screen
4.      Turn off scraper baits and scraper fiber
5.      Clean the engine and engine area
6.      The opertor must make sure all the main buttons of each machine are OFF
